The Leaders Academy is an elite, interdisciplinary postgraduate program implemented in collaboration with the Poznań University of Medical Sciences, granting it formal status under the Higher Education Act. Designed for top-level management, the program combines academic and practical training delivered by the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and the Poznań University of Medical Sciences.
The program is distinguished by its integration of psychology and neuroscience (neuroscience of leadership), providing an in-depth analysis of motivation and decision-making mechanisms. It emphasizes the development of strategic leadership and resilience, while also teaching advanced soft skills such as negotiation and creative thinking.
Classes are taught by a carefully selected teaching staff, including distinguished academic lecturers and experienced business practitioners, including psychologists, mentors, certified coaches, and specialists. Lecturers include, among others: prof. Ph.D. Ewa Mojs, prof. Ph.D. Zbigniew Izdebski, PhD, DSc, Sławomir Murawiec. This team supports the holistic development of managers on a daily basis.
The studies have a strong practical dimension: of the 181 hours, 117 hours are devoted to developing practical skills. The methodology is based on case studies, action learning, simulations, and workshops, as well as individual mentoring sessions. These sessions also enable exclusive networking – establishing relationships with experts and practitioners, creating a space for knowledge exchange and co-creating solutions.
