A neuropsychologist and therapist, academic lecturer, and Chair of the Board of the Scientific Society of Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Medicine, she teaches clinical psychology, neuroscience, and neuropsychotherapy in numerous fields of study, courses, and training programs, including postgraduate programs at the University of Medical Sciences and the Faculty of Management and Administration of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She organizes scientific conferences in the field of psychotherapy, such as “Psychotherapy for Young People,” which provide an important forum for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and psychological support. She is co-author of textbooks in clinical psychology and neuropsychology, including “The Autism Spectrum,” “Elements of General and Clinical Psychology,” “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Co-occurring Disorders,” and “Psychological Competencies in the Physician’s Work.”

Author of over 800 articles and presentations at scientific conferences. An EU expert on health and healthy societies, she works as a practicing neuropsychologist and neuropsychotherapist.

At the Akademia Poznania, she is a member of the Scientific Council and a lecturer and expert in psychology and neuropsychology.

Prof. dr hab. n. med. Włodzimierz Samborski is an outstanding specialist in the field of rheumatology and a valued academic lecturer. He specializes in rheumatology, internal medicine, as well as balneoclimatology and physical medicine.

He is the Head of the Department and Clinic of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation and Internal Medicine at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. As an experienced lecturer and academic teacher, he is the author of numerous scientific publications and a speaker at national and international conferences.

President of the Polish Rheumatology Society, member of the Bioethics Committee of the Wielkopolska Medical Chamber. It is the organizer of recognized scientific events such as the Rheumatology Forum (6 editions) and the POST EULAR & ACR Conference (12 editions). Editor-in-Chief of Forum Rheumatologiczne-Edukacja, the official journal of the Polish Rheumatology Society and Rheumatology Forum, also the official journal of the Polish Rheumatology Society published under the auspices of the Central European Congress of Rheumatology (100pts.MNiSZ).

In his daily practice, he focuses on implementing innovative methods of treating inflammatory rheumatic diseases, in particular with the use of biological drugs.

Dr hab. n. med. Sławomir Murawiec, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, serves as Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal “Psychiatria” and the quarterly “Psychiatria Spersonalizowany.” For many years, he was associated with the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw and is a certified psychotherapist with the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association. He has completed training organized by institutions such as the World Psychiatric Organization in Paris, the Institute of Psychiatry in London, and the Lundbeck Institute in Copenhagen.

He is an active member and leader in the psychiatric community. He serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Polish Psychiatric Association (PTP) and as its spokesperson. He chairs the PTP’s Culture and Art Committee and the Scientific Board of the Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

His research interests include subjective and psychological aspects of psychiatric medication action, the neurobiological and psychological mechanisms of psychotropic drug action, neuropsychoanalysis, personalized treatment, and nature-based interventions in the treatment of mental disorders. He is the author and editor of numerous scientific publications and books. His contributions to psychiatry have been recognized with numerous awards, including:

Dr hab. n. o zdr. i n. med. Roksana Malak is a valued physiotherapist, osteopath, and academic teacher whose professional and scientific activities focus on supporting the development of the youngest patients.

Her professional work encompasses two main areas: she provides daily therapy to neonatal and pediatric patients, specializing in working with newborns, infants with developmental disabilities, and children with neurological, genetic, and orthopedic disorders. She also shares her knowledge and experience as a researcher and lecturer, serving as an assistant professor at the Department and Clinic of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation at the K. Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań.

She is a member of the Scientific Council of the Akadmia Poznania, where she also serves as a lecturer.

Dr hab. Roksana Malak is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and book monographs. Her scientific achievements constitute a significant contribution to the development of pediatric physiotherapy in Poland.

To continually improve her qualifications, she has completed a number of specialized courses and training sessions, allowing her to apply the latest and most effective therapeutic methods in her practice. Among the most important are:

She graduated in Cultural Studies and Psychology at UAM. As well as many postgraduate courses and workshops: in the field of psychotherapy, pedagogy and psychosomatics.

Lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in the following fields: Art Therapy, Psychodietetics, Optometry. Lecturer in clinical specializations: clinical psychology, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing.

Professional experience: psychologist at the Clinic and Department of Developmental Age Neurology; at the Mental Health Clinic, psychologist at school, cooperation with the diabetology department – working with families with a child with a chronic, terminal illness, in early intervention programs for developmental age and crisis intervention.

An experienced academic teacher, researcher, and certified therapist, Dr. Grażyna Teusz is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Educational Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a lecturer at the Poznań School of Management and Psychology. Her research and teaching are closely linked to her many years of therapeutic practice.

Dr. Teusz’s scientific interests focus on a wide range of psychological issues, with particular emphasis on:

• Family psychology and systemic therapy for couples and marriages.
• Narrative psychology and qualitative research, including biographical analysis.
• Psychology of crisis and crisis intervention.
• Art therapy and the use of drama in education and therapy.

In his research, he explores the dynamics of developmental changes in the family system, analyzing the impact of critical life events on the biographies of individuals.

Dr. Teusz has extensive practical training, supported by numerous training courses and certifications, including in Gestalt Therapy and Pedagogy, systemic family therapy, and art therapy. He is a certified crisis consultant, actively supporting individuals in difficult life situations.

She is the author and co-editor of numerous books and scholarly articles, including “The Experiences of a Polish Family in Emigration in Germany. A Biographical and Narrative Perspective” (2019), “Education Through Language. On Holistic Learning” (1996). She has also co-edited collective works such as “Psychological Competencies in the Work of a Physician” (2019) and “Emotions in Language, Experience, and Psychotherapy” (2022).

He regularly participates in national and international scientific conferences, sharing the results of his research.

Dr. Paweł Kamela, attorney-at-law, gained extensive practical experience for nearly 19 years at a renowned Warsaw law firm. He holds a Ph.D. in law, and his academic foundations were built while working at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw (1994-2003) and thanks to a prestigious British Council scholarship at the University of Oxford.

His extensive knowledge and extensive experience focus on two key areas: the legal aspects of mental health and the collaboration between healthcare providers and the National Health Fund. This provides him with a thorough understanding of the specific work of psychologists and psychiatrists, as well as the challenges medical facilities face. His experience is invaluable for anyone seeking support with complex legal issues that fall outside the traditional framework.

Agnieszka Nowogrodzka is a psychologist, trainer, and academic lecturer with extensive experience in therapeutic and teaching work. She specializes in individual therapy and psychological workshops, with a particular emphasis on working with maladaptive emotional schemas and coping with difficult experiences.

She holds a master’s degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a postgraduate diploma in pedagogical training. She is currently pursuing a doctorate on the psychological determinants of conflict with the law in individuals with ADHD. She is the co-creator and coordinator of postgraduate programs at the Academy of Justice and co-owner of the “Poznać Sibie” Center for Development and Psychotherapy.

She has participated in numerous training courses in schema therapy and psychological interventions for adults and adolescents, including personality disorders, stress management, and the prevention of emotional problems. She gained experience in both clinical work and in prison settings, where she conducted assessments, implemented rehabilitation programs, and designed her own psychological workshops.

Author of numerous scientific publications, participant in research projects and international conferences, and winner of the International Society of Schema Therapy Award for her research project on the psychological determinants of criminal behavior in individuals with ADHD.

In her training work, she combines solid scientific knowledge with practical experience, and her workshops are characterized by interactivity, participant focus and an emphasis on the practical application of acquired knowledge.

Bogdan Latecki is an experienced Polish psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adults and adolescents. In his practice, he combines pharmacotherapy with psychotherapy, believing that effective treatment usually requires both approaches. He also conducts couples therapy and treats sexual dysfunctions.

Bogdan Latecki is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Lodz, where he also obtained a second degree of specialization at the 1st Psychiatric Clinic.

His extensive professional experience includes working in various institutions:

• Department of Acute Poisoning at the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź.
• Military Mental Health Clinic.
• Social Welfare Home (with emphasis on psychogeriatrics).
• Psychiatric consultant in the internal medicine departments at the Barlicki Hospital in Łódź.
• Work in a detention center and as a court expert.

In 1991, Bogdan Latecki moved to South Africa, where he gained valuable international experience. He worked as a psychiatric assistant at the University of Southern Africa and as a psychiatrist at the Department of Health in Durban. He also maintained a private practice in Empangeni and occasionally lectured in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kwazulu-Natal.

He completed internships at the Department of Sexology and Pathology of Interpersonal Relationships in Warsaw. He has completed numerous training courses in psychotherapy, including:

• Ericksonian psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
• Transactional analysis.
• Ego state psychotherapy.
• Rational-emotive behavioral therapy.

He uses an eclectic approach, adapting treatment methods to the patient’s individual needs.

Bogdan Latecki has presented his works at psychotherapeutic, psychiatric and philosophy of psychiatry congresses.

Agnieszka Majewska is a certified midwife with impressive experience, passionately supporting women at every stage of their lives. She honed her valuable skills at the Gynecological and Obstetrics Clinical Hospital on Polna Street in Poznań. She holds a Master’s degree in Obstetrics from the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań, specializing in gynecology and obstetrics. She continually expands her qualifications, as evidenced by numerous certificates. She specializes in collecting Pap smears, effectively treating postpartum wounds, and administering vaccinations. She also possesses key skills in neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, ensuring the safety of her youngest patients. To ensure the comfort and well-being of her patients, she also specializes in gentle Shantala newborn massage and relaxing massage for pregnant women.

Her commitment to comprehensive care for women of all ages and at every stage of life is confirmed by the completion of the first pilot course in Poland in the field of “counseling during menopausal transition”, organized by the Kulczyk Foundation in cooperation with the Supreme Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Warsaw.

In 2024, Agnieszka Majewska won first place in Greater Poland in the Hipokrates plebiscite and second place in Poland in the “Midwife of the Year” category, which is proof of her exceptional professionalism and recognition among patients.

Agnieszka Majewska’s mission is to support and accompany women during the most important moments of their lives. She takes the utmost care to ensure that each patient feels cared for, listened to, and comprehensively educated whenever needed, offering professional knowledge and genuine empathy.

Bartosz Bagrowski, M.A., is a recognized specialist in the field of neuropsychology, with extensive clinical and scientific experience. He holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy (specialization: neurological) and psychology (specialization: neuropsychology). He has also completed numerous courses and training programs in psychomotor, neurophysiological, and neurodevelopmental therapies.

His clinical experience focuses on early developmental support and comprehensive rehabilitation of children with developmental disorders and neurological dysfunctions.

In his scientific work, he focuses on broadly understood neurosciences. His research interests include neuroplasticity, neurogenetics, neurorehabilitation, psychomotor development, and psychosomatics.

His achievements include over 30 scientific articles and conference papers. He is a recipient of the Minister of Education and Science Scholarship for significant achievements in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Aleksandra Matych, M.A., is a graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań and the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice.

Already during her studies, she was particularly interested in pediatric physiotherapy. She completed numerous volunteer opportunities and internships, during which she further deepened her knowledge and confirmed her decision to dedicate her professional life to these young patients.

In her daily work, she deals with the therapy of newborns and infants with developmental disorders, as well as the therapy of older children with neurological and orthopedic problems.

She completed the following courses: NDT – Bobath, Prechtl Diagnostics, FITS, Flexible Therapeutic Taping in Pediatrics.

He regularly expands his knowledge by participating in scientific conferences and training courses.

At the Poznań Academy, Ms. Aleksandra conducts workshops and training in the field of proper care and early diagnosis of newborns and infants, sharing her knowledge with specialists in other fields as well as parents and caregivers.

Urszula Stefaniak-Preis is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Clinical Psychology at the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań. Under the supervision of Prof. dr hab. Ewa Mojs and Dr. Hab. Roksana Malak are conducting research on DDX3X syndrome. Her education is complemented by postgraduate studies in Preschool and Early Childhood Education.

She actively participates in international scientific conferences on DDX3X syndrome and shares her knowledge in Poland. She was a speaker on the first panel on this topic in Poland, during the 5th Youth Psychotherapy Conference in Poznań. She co-organized the first DDX3X Conference in Poland and the second in Europe. She is also the author of the first diagnostic questionnaire for assessing the social functioning of patients with DDX3X syndrome.
