For many of us, September is a month full of new beginnings – returning to school, university, or work after the summer holidays. This time, while exciting, often brings with it adaptation challenges, increased stress, and pressure. At Poznań University, we know that taking care of your mental health is absolutely fundamental to successfully coping with these new realities.
That’s why we’re declaring September a month dedicated to understanding and practicing adaptation, support, and prevention in the context of autumn’s reality. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge so you can not only meet challenges but, above all, develop and build your well-being, maintaining inner peace and balance.
